For Rent

All properties for rent must be rented for a minimum of three (3) months.
There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this Golf Lakes Regulation.

THERE ARE CURRENTLY NO AVAILABLE RENTALS FOR 2024-2025 SEASON.
ANY AND ALL UPDATES WILL BE POSTED HERE FIRST. PLEASE CHECK BACK HERE FOR ANY UPDATES.

Requirements to reserve a rental

• A minimum of three (3) months are required, there are no exceptions.
• A refundable security deposit of $400 will be collected at time of reservation.
• First and last month’s rent are collected at time of reservation.
• Additionally there is a 13% tourism tax on all rentals less than 6 months and one day.

5208 4th B St E $2200, per month 3-6 months tourist tax 13%

4904 6th B St E, 1700. Per month for 6 month term or $1400. Per month for 3, 4 or 5 month term.
