The rains have finally come to Florida, along with the hot temperatures and humidity. If you are enjoying a more temperate environment wherever you are summering, congratulations. We completed the paving project for the summer and the sewer line lateral pipe lining is going smoothly. The flooring project will take place this week with the painting of the Fitness Center building scheduled for later this month. The drainage work on 5th is complete. Finally, the Association palm trees will be trimmed in August. Once a date has been scheduled, it will be announced on Channel 732.
With the new rainfall, weeds are sprouting up. Make sure someone is caring for your unit, if you are out of town. We will be out inspecting again this week.
We are officially in hurricane season and if you are away from your unit for more than seven days, ALL items must be stored or secured so they are not a threat to neighbors. Hopefully all that need help have already arranged for shelter space and/or a ride in the event of an evacuation.
