As April arrives, the majority of our winter activities are completed and many of our winter residents have returned to their northern homes for the summer season.
The Green Committee is in need of volunteers. This committee looks for ways to save the park money in our use of natural resources and power and also recycling. Properly disposing of our trash, providing ways to check our bathroom fixtures for leaks, following the water shut off rules as you leave for a length of time, and conserving our water. These tasks are important in protecting our environment so we can all enjoy our little piece of paradise for many years. There is a chairperson and 4 members. Anyone interested in joining this committee, please contact me or Pat Manjack, Board Liaison.
A New Resident Orientation will be April 3 from 10 AM to 12 Noon in the front of the clubhouse. If you are a new resident during the last two or three years, please plan on attending this meeting. This is a requirement for all new residents.
This month the Board will work on finalizing the summer projects including what and when will be done. You will be receiving more information at a later date. As a reminder to our residents, the pool relining will be done in October. The pool complex will be closed for all activities.
